In partnership with the House of Lobkowicz. Private.
Introduction to the river

Culture and the River: Design Workshop
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the river offers renewed importance for connecting to each other and to the city. Yo-Yo Ma joins architects, artists, students, cultural leaders, and local authorities for an interactive workshop exploring possibilities for new cultural projects connecting society to the Vltava River, including ideas for a permanent concert venue on the water. In partnership with Strings of Autumn/Prague Sounds and Jazz Docks. By invitation only.
Legacy II: Havel
Václav Havel Library
Yo-Yo visits the Václav Havel Library for a private recorded conversation about Havel’s visionary contributions to society, as well as his ideas about environmental and urban landscapes. In partnership with the Václav Havel Library. Private.
Music on the Vltava
Yo-Yo joins contemporary folk and jazz musician Jiří Slavík for surprise musical offerings at iconic gathering points on the river – new and old. They greet unexpecting Sunday evening passersby with a moment of reflection, and an offering of comfort and hope. In partnership with Strings of Autumn/Prague Sounds and Captain Stepan Rusnak. Public.
